Pamplona and Running of the Bulls

Our first dinner was in the private club in the central square - amazing! but in true Spanish fashion we didn't start eating until 10:30ish and finally we were the first table to leave at 12:15 . . .

Before the running of the bulls every morning during the festival of the Bulls in pamplona the crowd gathers and then is pushed behind this line of Police men. They need to clean the 900 meters of the run, which is why they try and clear it 20 minutes before 8:00 (when the bulls are unleashed).

At 10 till 8:00 am they open up and anyone who wants to go into the Bull Ring at the end of the course needs to run down there. (no bulls yet)

The great thing about the San Fermines are the Fireworks. I am going to try and upload the video I made of the finale of this particular night. They have companies from all over the world set up the fireworks. Posted by Picasa

Oh the people you meet . . .

Of course, my summers are also filled with wonderful people. Here you have my oh so fabulous co - workers, Loreto and Joan. Hanging out, "working" after a long day!

Of course the people we take across these countries also make the tours what they are! Dinner below and a lunch stop along the way. Posted by Picasa
